Platform fee (₹199)

The CERMO platform fee is non-refundable. It covers payment processing, vendor verification, and customer support regardless of booking outcome.

Vendor-initiated cancellations

If the vendor cancels, is unavailable, or fails to deliver, you receive a 100% refund of your advance regardless of the timing tier above. The platform fee may also be refunded at CERMO's discretion for vendor-caused cancellations.

Customer-initiated cancellations

Use the cancellation button in your dashboard. Your refund is calculated based on the number of days between your cancellation timestamp and your event date. The tier table above is exact — no hidden deductions.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours and typically credited to your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Disputes

Email cermosupport@gmail.com with your booking ID. Our team mediates within 48 hours.
